Much like a previous question, marketing is about being noticed in a blizzard. When everything around the agent demands conformity, creating dime a dozen agents, only the brave are able to break into the mind of the consumer.

     My city of Tallahassee is now the murder capital of Florida (per capita), AND we have just become the pedestrian death capital of Florida.  When I have to list a house where the crime stats or pedestrian deaths are high, it is very difficult.  Realtors going through MLS using map search or zone search exclude those areas.

Never focus on the problems, just develop your goals and keep at them.

I'm not sure I'm understanding your question completely.  I don't have any problem with marketing but I may not get the result that I wanted.  Most people nowadays don't even pick up the phone when they see numbers that they don't know.
