"are there?"  There are... this business has some serious ups, and downs.

I would much appreciate it if my buyers and sellers would just spread their business our during the whole year, so I could be moderately busy all year round, rather than crazy busy for a month, and bored for the next.

would you see if you could arrange that for me.... huh?  huh?

All businesses face the challenge of mastering the lead gen or new business generation.

Without that, nothing else will matter.

Not really . . . but if there was . . . it would be dealing with agents who don't know much and what they do know just ain't so, who want to boss their way through a transaction. 
And as Mark Twain also said . . . that's what gets you in trouble! 

We all have challenges to not waste time and to make it the most efficient. What aspect of business do you struggle with Joseph Doohan ? 

Often people just want to hear what they want to hear.  The reality is totally different. 

Having to deal with incompetent agents.

Skyslope, a paperless online system that we incorporated back in August last year. I guess I'm too old-fashioned wanting to have the file right in front of me. I still keep a paper copy for me until the transaction is over.

My business is running well. I am struggling with getting enough listing for the piles of buyers i have. If i had to pick one part of business i want to improve in, is being able to make and edit my own videos

Patience.... 

None now that I am retired. Inexperienced agents when I was active.

I always had a secretary to take care of the little things that kept me from selling. My biggest challenge/struggle was finding good quality people to work for me Joseph Doohan

"struggle" is not part of my world ... challenges and obstacles are more fittings for my mindset.  I just make good business decisions for me. I choose not to work with people who are not a good fit. It is a choice - not a struggle. 

Keeping up with industry and technology changes.

No struggling but what never goes away is the natures of the different humans whatever they are and how all have to be handled to a result

I struggle with having steady business, it seems to always be feast or famine and it drives me crazy.
