The RIGHT CHARLOTTE REALTOR!

I remember seeing a post from Alan May about the 9 things he carries.

To that, I would add:

  • hand sanitizer
  • toilet paper
  • lockboxes (one combo, one Supra)
  • business cards
  • Agency brochures
  • water

I used to carry a mallot, spare signs, etc. in my car but, I have moved those to Ray's van since I bought a little two-seater!

Bolt clippers are a favorite of mine.  It gets peoples attention.

But basically a few tools like a hammer, screwdriver and set of pliers.  Kinda like a thumb in the dike, cause no further harm, just get the job done with a minimum of drama.

i have changed light bulbs to prove the fixture worked and we did not need the consultation of a licensed electrician.

I used to carry a large amount of tools, especially the items needed to install or remove signs Fred Griffin Tallahassee Real Estate .

Now, in the "not really" side of things: Remember those signs like the baby on board but they said ex-wife in trunk. How about a loaded shot gun for when my revolver just won't do?

As a city dweller, I got rid of the car when I moved here. Instead, I carry a backpack everywhere (like the typical resident here). Since we almost entirely sell apartments- we don't need to carry much. I do keep a few things readily accessible though. Typically I have extra buyers packets, business cards, booties (for no shoes in the apartment), tissues. Weather permitting and with clients- I often carry an extra umbrella or bottles of water since we often walk a lot.
