I heard through the grapevine that the appropriate section of AR Customer Support was working on some billing issues.  Perhaps yours is one of them.  I'll forward your concern to my contact in that section.

no.... but 10 years ago, I paid in full for a year to get a discount.... I clicked twice and paid twice.... I didn't realize I did it....they contacted me and informed me of it and credited me immediately.... they were very honest...

I believe all billing disputes with AR do get resolved.  Perhaps not as timely as one would expect - but they all get resolved.

Absolutely! It was years ago but it was taken care of swiftly and to my complete satisfaction.

Many years ago, I reached out to the AR billing department and my issue was resolved in a timely, professional manner.

I just recently had a billing issue as well.  It just takes longer for AR to take care of it but it's taken care of.  Disputing through your bank is a good way to take care of it as well.
