No one comes to mind.  What we have done in the past is call one the offices, speak to the managing broker and ask who is their best agent in land.  We would do that with 3 offices and then interview the agents.  A

I suggest that you do a Google search for Mimi Simmons, Century 21 Cornerstone Realty. She has been a broker in Grass Valley and Nevada City, Ca. for many years.

I have in-laws who live in those two towns.
