First of all, I don't watch Democrats. Secondly, I don't think any one of them would be good for the real estate market or any financial market.

Both will be great for real estate.

One by creating more household prosperity and the other via distressed sales at the end of their term.

Either way, their will be a real estate market from which brokers will extract value.

None! Get to work.

None ever have. In my 30+ years of investing and then licensed selling.

Unemployment, recessions and emotions are some factors that do, but candidates and current Presidents never do in my 22 years licensed years.

Not a single one of them.  They would rather remove your rights of land ownership and make you completely dependent on the government.

Anti-business this group is. They  want to over-spend, invite open borders, burden the economy and appease and go along with everything even globally. What does this all mean? Total chaos in established arenas

You can rule out both of the socialists.  Biden & Obama did wonders for us in real estate and home ownership while in office together so I'd have to guess it would be Joe Biden.

As a generalization (always dangerous) ... The republicans want to deregulate which works for the markets for awhile, until it doesn't- and then crash. The democrats want over-regulation or new laws that are clueless to the full ramifications- and then crash. It takes a special candidate to avoid the wrong steps. I am biased as I have personal connections- but Michael Bloomberg is likely to be the best of the bunch for real estate.
