I have an income goal and a number of transactions goal each year.  The income goal is not one I share with my SOI.  The number of transactions is easy to get behind and get your SOI rooting for you on social media.  Make sure to share it with them and count down your sales to your goal.

You know I used to do smart goals for a number of years.  But I do things way differently know and it works so much bettter for me.  I also teach a life and biz plan class.....way different than most.

I have read a few answers here that contains their opinion of a SMART goal. I tend go agree with both. At the end, it will all work out. I'm like the Energizer Bunny, just keeps going and going. This year I will take the SMART approach.
