I invite folks to our church and to the town's Tree Lighting event.

I let them know I am here for them if they need anything - I am an email, phone call or text away. 

I have a lot of relocation coming to me new to NH. I like to take them to  or by the places i go or like so they can learn the area. Schools, the mall, shopping places, restaurants, services and short cuts. Recently we checked out a playground and a sledding hill for a couple wth 4 kids. 

Frank;ly, I don't do anything. Sometimes there's a reason for me to introduce clients to each other for other reasons at other times of the year but I don't focus on the holidays. 

Not part of the services I offer. Sometimes incidental introductions do happen!

Answer any questions regarding real estate and stay connected and show property if necessary.

Most are DIY going with the listing agent meet when view on line. Open houses hours etc are already available. Few use realtors to show homes these days.

I have introduced some to others but not just because of the holiday. I let people know that I am here for them whenever needed. Interestingly many buyers who moved here this year from oter areas came because of family in the area!!

No, I generally don't play match maker.  In many areas of town neighbors will introduce themselves.  I'd have informed them as part of area orientation about the various community groups and ways to get to know people.

I am always willing to provide suggestions on ways to contact with those who share their interests.

Try to advise them with things to do and maybe even drive them around looking at lights.

I am STILL a friend of a couple that has not made friends.

Yes I offer to introduce them to others and I always enjoy showing them the town for a full afternoon Andrew Mooers | 207.532.6573 . That being said it was very rare that anyone took me up on my offer.

Do tell them that the large kitty cats in the wooded backyard are not overgrown kitties, they are bob cats.

I do not extend myself beyond helping them to find the home that meets their needs. That search will often include neighborhood familiarization and exploration. I can help with that if requested. I don't organize meetings, introductions or pretend to be the Welcome Wagon.
