Real Estate Made Easy

All of the above. It really just depends. I doubt I would make an appointment in person, that seems redundant. But I buy stuff in person or online.

Yes, it aligns with my business. I use all the tools available and always try to meet the needs of the client. If they want to talk, I talk. If they want use one of the apps, I am down with it.

I am nothing if not flexible.

Yes. Absolutely.  The last two sellers I've worked with will not sign electronically.  That means we met in person and get wet signatures.

Depends on the appointment I'm making. If it's to show a home it's on-line, If it's for a haircut, doctor's appointment, etc. I call.

I don't use APPs if I can help it.

As for paying bills... that's my husband's job, but I can tell you he doesn't do it in person!

If I'm buying something... I go to the store. Only buy on-line if it's not available in-store or is less expensive on-line.

I use a website for 70% of my purchases.  The rest is generally in person.  And my "method" of dealing with clients is up to the individual client.  I let them drive the bus and I'm flexible and do what works for them.  I've done facetime showings.  Sold a house a buyer has never set foot in and mailed listings to people who don't have a computer, driven offers to people's homes who don't wish to sign electronically, met with people at my office, met with people at their house, met in a public place, email, called, text messaged.... it's up to them.  I can know how to do all of them and like the client to be comfortable.

I buy most things online. I make appointments via phone call or online or via app. While I am available to communicate in any way my clients want to, I don't have an app they can use. But otherwise, I can do in-person, telephone, text, email, website chat, facebook chat, etc.

Buy something- in person.

Make an appointment- by phone, or text if I know you allready.

Get information- go online.

Pay a bill- the old fashioned way.

I keep it varied & I think I have a variety of ways people can reach me as well.

It all depends on the specific item/task at hand.

When it comes to shopping, it all depends on how soon it's needed, where can I buy it, what time of the day is it and do I need to see/feel/try it on first?  That dictates if I shop online or in store.

For making an appointment, there is usually a lot of back and forth on that, especially with agents and doctors, so that's an over the phone thing.  For things that don't involve back and forth (classes, car washes, etc.), that can be done online.

Getting info, again depends on the type of info needed.  Online or over the phone or in person.

Bill pay, depends on the vendor and the method of payment.  Some bills are paid in person at the time of purchase or during the contract, others are paid monthly and can be done electronically.

Buyers interested in my active or upcoming listings can find out information online, they can call me or they can come to an open house and see me.  So yes, everything is in alignment.

I may be old school but I still find an interactive telephone call works best and I prefer to have them with prospects and clients.

No web site or app lets you convey the full range of human emotion as does a phone call.

And there is a case for the occasional in person visit.
