That was cute.  Took some of the things the public thinks about our jobs and showed the truth, in a tongue-in-cheek kind of way.

 

I like it.  Maybe add 10-15 seconds at the end with someone saying "Like this video, subscribe to our channel for more" and have a subscribe button.  Probably good to put in a reminder to "like and share" the video too.

This feedback should be read carefully and all aspects considered.

"What is the intended outcome/response expected from the viewer?"

1. These guys look like they are a lot of fun
2. Get money back from the real estate school they sent the deposit to.
3. Demonstrate vulnerability creating a shorter path to accessibility.
4. Get a home owner to call the agent

Hey, you've already baked the cake, you have no choice but to slice and dice.  The point of my feedback is the marketing objective is unknown and was not stimulated after viewing.

However, you get '2 Thumbs Up" for composition and production skills.
