It wouldn't be hard to scrape a list of all airbnb rentals and then send it to your favorite title rep for the owner's mailing addresses in your favorite farm format.  So unless this eggspert has some secret sauce to get them to list/buy another, I wouldn't pay them any more mind.  Kind of like the predictive farming tools.  They told you all their secrets in a webinar and they were all things that could EASILY be implemented on your own and even automated with ease.

 

Now "groups that grow turnips organically" is a different pickle and would be harder to find addresses and such, so if you were SUPER desperate for more people in your pipeline, you could join them and wear your "It's Pronounced Real-a-tor" shirt.

Although we explore every idea that is out there for our clients marketing strategies, we would recommend that one strenghtens what is working and dump what is not or needs additional funding to keep it going.  One should take time to analyze what works instead of playing scattershot.  All the best to you!
