Just guessing but this question may qualify.  

People not knowing what title insurance is or how it works. The worst thing about title insurance  would be not having it.

The worst thing about title insurance is that it's necessary.

The best thing about title insurance is having it when you need it.

The only thing bad about Title Insurance is the cost.  However, don't ever ever ever do a transaction without it!

What kind of a question is this? There is nothing "worst" about title insurance. Do you know what you're asking about?

Not having it!

Not a great question but it is an interesting subject.  I strongly advocate for it when representing the buyer but I question if it is something really, really needed.  

I am not really sure the history of it but I am on the line with my title comany right now.  

Two things:

1. Not having it. 
2. Not having a survey on the property that could have discovered something that is putting an encumbrance or cloud on the title. 

Now you know, even though we do not know who you are.

The worst thing about title insurance is using the selling agents "affiliate" company. Yes, illegal kickbacks are alive and well.

Title companies cater to the hand that feeds them and they don't look deep to solve  buyer problems....they just exclude it from the coverage.
