My buyer is closing on a significant fixer today where a galvanized trash can is the chimney cap. Chimney still there even though the woodstove is gone. Buyer is replacing the roof to start the rehab. Chimney will go away and the trash can will be repurposed for the intended use.

I painter went to Auto Supply store w/o my permission came back with $1000 bill for car paint and fees for 7 exhaust vents. I told him I was not impressed with the bill. Offer $900 for the 7 vent pipes paint and told him the direction of exit. The house painting costs $2500 but he wanted $3500 with autopaint on the pipe. I told him I will never referring him.
