Upload your video to YouTube (you'll get great exposure there anyway) and then click the share button on YouTube, click 'embed' and select the code (copy). 

Bring it over to AR and 'WRITE POST,' click on the <> (source code) tab and paste the copied embed code into the html where you want it. Click "OK" to get back to the visual editor and complete your post.

Are you trying to put it into the body of each post or (if you take a look at mine) trying to put it on the side? By putting in the "other information" right hand column it will automatically appear in each post without you having to do it each time.

You'll need to copy the embedded code of the video. From YouTude is easy as there is a "copy embedded code option. Then select the video icon in AR and paste the embedded code into the post.

Hi Winfrey,

Did you try downloading and saving the video to your own files? That would work. 

If you are taking a video from another site, sometimes it's impossible but you may also be able to embed the video. There are many YouTube videos explaining how to do this which largely depends on what blog platform you are using. Search for 'how to embed a video in (name blog platform or pdf, etc..)
