Emily, Looking at your linked website it looks like you're hosting a portal type site with a focus on trying to get Indian clients wanting to buy American real estate.  So in your case, I don't think there's any ready solution to supply listings for your site.  You can't take MLS listings without authorization or risk violating copyright.  Your site isn't on the list of authorized syndication sites and you're looking to capture every major metropolitan area.  You could purchase IDX solutions for each area you want to cover, but I suspect that would be cost prohibitive since you seem to be looking for free feeds.

If you have to ask this question then you should stop selling your services to hapless agents who think you can help them with internet exposure. You obviuosly are clueless about what you do and your blog looks like a collection of spam.

I am not sure what you are wanting to do but check with your mls for ideas and their rules.

If you are a member of the local association you are entitled to a IDX (type) connection to your website.

If you are NOT a member, you are about to face the reality that will be imposed by a monopoly.

This is such a basic practice I can only suspect other things are going on.

You are paying a broker. It's time to make the broker earn their keep.

IDX is the typical solution for what you seek.

It sounds like your need to have the IDX on your web site to show all the listings in you area.  There are many IDX providers, check with your MLS who or what they recommend.  A

You should have the ability for viewers to search on your MLS from your site.

Seems like you need an IDX feed and i would start at your local board or Realtors or who ever provides your mls

Can't say as that I understand your question emily millercs . Are you a Realtor and you want your listings to show on your website through an mls feed? I think you need to talk to a good website generator if that is your goal. These days I don't know if that approach is worth the investment.

As others mentioned, you need an IDX solution to pull in MLS listings.  To do so you need to be a member of the MLS to get their feeds. If you are looking for free services, you will find little available.

IDX services from various MLS.  That could get expensive and the ROI might not be there.  Others are already doing it and selling the leads.  If you are looking for free leads ... I wish you all the best with that. 

 I stop IDX subscription and just list my own listings. Less but more reliable traffic.
