A bird flew in during an open house.  Oh and Bas Ruten (former MMA fighter) came in once and I put my foot in my mouth.  He introduced himself and his family, got to his name and I said "Oh, like the MMA guy?"  He chuckled and said yes.  I looked him up after he walked by and I had serious egg on my face the rest of the time he was there.  He almost put an offer on the house though.
