I'm sorry, did you just say $50,000 monthly? C'mon now. That's like 1% of the industry that does that much. Of course every lead gen system will promise you that lofty aspiration.

most don't earn $50k/month unless they have a subdivision of high end homes.... then, they exceed that figure....

I'll defer to El Chappo for answering this.  Only person I can think of making that kind of money a month outside of politics.

Monthly - month after month - I haven't done it. I've made over $50K in a month 2 or 3 times but doing it month after month as a solo agent or netting $50K /mo as the head of a team is something I have yet to achieve. It does make for an excellent goal.

I have know agents that do.
