I never have pain after a workout.... when my muscles start to burn, I'm done....I just drop what I'm doing and count no further....

Too much good pain, lead to some bad pain at that "Eat Clean, Train Hard" place.  Now I'm doing Pillates to prevent future issues.

I learned early not to place a hand on a hot stove, so bad pain can only be experienced when a negative agent is involved. I avoid them like the plague. Good pain? Still searching for it

I don't think in terms of pain. I work out most days but not to the point of pain. What's the point?
