I'm not aware of an "official" listing for this type of Lender, Dave Martin (703) 585-4687 .  But I googled "NON QM LENDERS" and came up with this website that may be of help ... "LENDERS THAT OFFER NON-QM LOANS"   It looks to be an ever-changing list, as additions and corrections are on-going.

If such lists exist I am unaware of them. Be Careful.  Just because a lender is licensed in your state or may be on a list does not mean they know what they are doing.

Most regular loan originators offer non QM. This type of loan allows deposits on bank statements to determine income especially on self employed applicants. There are many others but mostly for this reason.
