Ha! I've never paid a fee like that. I work for a 0% split, no fee brokerage with exception of my (2): annual brokerage & E&O fees.

I've never heard of storage fees - interesting! I would hope they would eliminate them after going paperless, Annette.

wow, at our FEEMAX we haven't been charged record storage fees .... yet. We do have Transaction rooms from Docusign & that's about it. It's really not for 'us' it is for them I think with state requirements. Most people still do the paper thing, folders thing, it's pretty pathetic actually. I was noticing it yesterday at the office on how nothings changed.

Yes, I use only digital signature and digital filing, unless requested by a client to print something. I share by digital finished file with my broker after closing. Yet, I still sometimes print listing printouts and tours, plus open houses material and sometimes listing presentations( to leave something behind)

Those fees really chap my hide! As far as I'm concerned, those fees should be part of the company's and agent's cost of doing business. At Huggins Homes we have a policy against charging those fees and it's one of the distinguishing factors that separates us from the chaff.
