I practice appreciation & express gratitude often. As for our Service people & Veterans on Memorial Day, this Memorial Day we marched in our town parade & my daughter played drums in the marching band. We also invite my father in law to school to speak for Veteran's Day, which is a nice way to show appreciation in front of the kid's. I'm lucky to live in a town where they are good about this stuff. There are flags flying everywhere around here this week!
