It's a very interesting concept and definitely has many applications. Seems like it's the construction industry that is spearheading the process, is that correct? There may be many local obstacles such as zoning and deed restrictions, but I could definitely see a demand for this type of living accommodation.

At 73 and other than seeing my beautiful family elvolve so beautifully, there's been few things that have ever given me the gratification that this endeavor has. We all go through life working at whatever we need to do to support our family and provide them with the necessities and rewards of life.

Today is different. All of a sudden I'm seeing such an increase in homelessness, poverty and misery for so many folks in our land of plenty. So many less fortunate souls that have worked so hard to contribute to society and fallen short of the mark. So many have not had the fortunate opportunities so many of us have yet for the most part they have been giving as much as most of us.

At my age and with the good fotrune of a happy and healthy family I've made it my mission to do whatever I can in my power to help those in need that are truly trying to help themselves but frustratingly falling short of the comforts so many of us take for granted. 

Having the opportuinity to stay in the home they raised their children in and age in place or being in a position to offer their own children an opportunity to continue living in the comforts and confines of the home they grew up in or just being able to realize an extra revenu stream on the very dirt they own beneath their feet and helping them get there is truly a heart felt moment.
