I know of no one who uses both.  Docusign has a better "street cred' and clients seem comfortable with it.  There are reasons why some things are free.  No other opinion.

I use both. I create my docs on Ziplogix and I have my clients sign on Docusign. In the past, I tried to use the Ziplogix signing feature, but it was inconsistent and caused more work.

I've had DocuSign for so long my account number is only 4 digits. LOL
I haven't had any dissatisfaction so there's been no reason to consider a change.

We have Docusign for free. Honestly, can't say there's a difference. I do like Docusign better than the one that Z owns now.

I do not like Ziplogix.  I don't use it.  I don't like it when others use it. It takes too damn long to load as it verifies signatures.

My documents are signed via docusign through my ziplogix account where I prepare my documents. I don't use  ziplogix for signing... doesn't work well and sometimes delayed for hours. Fortunately, my company provides both to me for free.

Ziplogix feeds our completed forms directly to DocuSign, where all of the signature/initial/date/time tabs have been marked for each signer. They work quite well together!

I chose ziplogix because it's free.  It works very well for me.  I've been using it for many years and have only once had an issue with the signatures.  The only thing is the 15 minute timeout on forms, so when I do disclosures the TDS and SPQ are in their own emails and the rest of the disclosures get bundled together.  3 emails, but it works.

Docusign's app is better for signing on a tablet/mobile phone though.  I've used Zipforms Mobile before and was not horribly thrilled with it.

With the sale of Zipforms this month to a new third party, my guess is that in 2020 ziplogix may no longer be a free member benefit of CAR.  At that point I'll probably be going with RightSignature or PDFFiller.

I use Sign Now, which has been great. More cost effective as I originally signed up for a promo - $1 month for 3 years. Then they renewed it for the same price. Believe they offer it at $5/month now.
