Wanda,

There are one carat diamonds that are worth $100 or less...they are full of occlusions unsseen by the naked eye, so it is not so extravagant.  On the luxury side of things, a developer flew in the top luxury agents for his development and coverred their expenses for 3 days.  A

I'm not sure that's permissible in the great state of Arizona. I just went to a class where it was mentioned by an attorney that no type of drawings can be done as that is considered gambling.

WOW, I'm totally blank on this one Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! as far as everyone getting a gift (except maybe an egg McMuffin) . However there have been a couple of times I've seen a drawing for $100.00 by a local realtor in our MLS.

Dang!  Out here it's usually a gift card or cash for touring and a cruise or couple grand bonus for bringing the buyer to new construction.  For a while they were trying everything to sell the last of these $1.1m+ homes

I'd have toured for the diamond, so long as it was a quality one! Can't really recall anything that extravagent. When the market was sideways the inducements were a little more over the top, but not so much any more.

Well I wouldn't say it's a new subdivision... but I'll go ahead regardless. Last week there was a broker's open in The Loxahatchee Club in Jupiter FL. Participants were granted entrance and we toured 5 luxurious estate homes. Afterwards we were treated to anything our hearts desired at the country club restaurant and bar. Followed by free reign of the practice facilities at the golf course. We were then greeted by our personal caddy and played 18 holes of golf... trailing 2 holes behind Ricky Fowler. They also gave us a gift bag with an embroidered hat and logo golf balls.
