I'm not sure if ad campaigns are the best way to start out when using Instagram and Twitter. I'd just start by posting regularly and creating an active presence online. Post social stuff along with business stuff, and then interact with the people who like or comment on your postings. Follow people or businesses that you'd like to be associated with and interact with them online. Pay attention to what people like and comment on when you post and then tailor what you post around that.
