I've never used any sdoftware Dan. Even when I was the Broker/Owner all my agents had the forms on their computer and knew what they needed to fill out and how to do it. Incomplete paperwork held up their paychecks... never a problem.

I love ZipForms >DocuSign > TransactionRoom - they work flawlessly together and are sharable within a team/office. All have a very low learning curve as well.

We get zipforms for free in California. They have a transaction management system too. I don't have any need for it, so can't speak to it's usefulness.

I've worked in a company with skyslope and that seemed to work quite well.

I would not know what this would be. I am the broker, and do all the paperwork myself.

I will find out. The brokerage has a cloud storage at its headquarters.
