But if I had to have a business partner, I would not want one that micromanages me. I would also want one that worships the ground I walk on. LOL
And brings me tacos. Okay I don't eat tacos anymore. Brings me tequila.

Oh hell. I need a business partner that owns a tequila distillery.

* doesn't carry their weight
* doesn't understand customer service
* is desperate financially (poor ethics comes from "needing" money).
