Hi Jose,
Many people come in with Rose Colored Glasses and soon discover the reality of surviving in the real estate business. It is demanding and complicated.  I think a great question to ask experienced agents/brokers would be Why have you stayed in the real estate business considering how demanding and complicated it is?   That might be interesting.
