I've seen the # of agents explode during the height of the market run up & then dwindle down as the landscape changed. Now reports say that sales are down so there's going to be an ebb & flow of agents that coincide with the market conditions.

I haven't seen that in my area... but I wish it would slow down... so many come into this business without a clue as to what it entails to be successful and leave with the first 18 months often with a wake of destruction behind them. This industry has way more people than it really needs.
