I'm going to answer your question with a question. Did you know that past the age of 50 most people are already pre-diabetic? That's according to my doctor. So think about that before you have that cereal. And find a way to get protein and veggies into your breakfast. The pancreas you save may be your own.

O PS. I had tuna salad! LOL

Bacon or sausage, two eggs over easy 4 oz of potato, two slices of 12-grain toast, honey or wild blackberry jam and of course butter every day except Sunday would be buckwheat pancakes, eggs, and real maple syrup.

Today I started with a smoothie of kale, blue berries, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, peanut butter, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and coconut milk, no cereal. If I eat cereal it is my wife's home made granola, but I prefer oatmeal especially in the winter.

Every morning it's a protein drink and an orange or banana. If I have a bowl of cereal it is usually around 9:00 PM John Juarez .

I had a couple of eggs for breakfast. I don't go for cereal. In a rush I'd probably grab a yogurt before cereal.

I continue to enjoy a hot big bowl of farina which is the heart of the wheat that retains the sun. This Farina is also enriched. Add banana or fruit, walnuts, chia seeds if you wish or go with natural taste. Pure Maple syrup takes it to other levels (optional)...This meal is good for hours

Yes but no cereal. I don't consider that great. It's just 'remolded sugar'.

Always eat breakfast! Mine was okay today, no cereal however. Love my hot cereals, especially the ones that take a long time to cook, like steel cut oats.
