I started Facebook Live videos as Coming Soon teasers. Actually sold my mom's condo that way. One of the agents I'm friends with on FB saw it and called me straight away. Since then, I've done FB Lives for Open Houses and now am doing bi-weekly market updates for my farm area on a a neighborhood page I started.

A lot of folks hesitate to put themselves out there. You don't need to have a big budget video that is scripted and edited to connect with someone. You just need to have an idea of what you want to say, take a deep breath and go for it.
