I made super spicy buffalo cauliflower florets and super spicy boneless chicken tenders. I bake them in the oven, a little bit of almond meal to give them some crunch, I use sriracha and grass-fed butter and lots of wonderful spices.

To dip them in, I make a water chestnut and jalapeno dip with avocado Mayo, a little bit of light sour cream to freaking die!

Three double Bloody Marias, each w 3 olives, and I'm down half a pound. So I consider the food and the day a success even if the football was so boring!

One of my favorite movies in the world Jackie Brown was on along with the game. The game was on mute. LMAO
