The RIGHT CHARLOTTE REALTOR!

I had that question a LOT during Thanksgiving week!

I say yes but, sparingly and tasteful but, don't 'clutter/fill the rooms. Their buyers still need to see the space but, it's also great to see where the tree will go best too!

I don't discourage it so long as it's tasteful and not overwhelming. Buyers know it's a holiday season.

I am neutral on the subject.  If sellers decorate I'd suggest they keep it simple. No overdoing it ... light and easy on the decorations!

It wouldn't seem like the holidays without decorations for most people so I don't have a problem with it as long as they keep it simple and tasteful.

I do not see an issue with the decorations. Pictures may need to be updated in the new year if the sellers are not serious about selling their property.

I love to see homes decorated for the Holidays. I have a family how bought a home and moving next week, so they did not decorate for Christmas yet. I bought them a Battery powered light up wreath and put it on their door yesterday.
