We have been using Matrix in our area for  years now and I like it. 

We have been with flex and it has some positive and negative aspects.  Bottom line, I make it do. What I. Want to do. 

Matrix hands down.  IMHO there is nothing better

I belong to two different assocations and two different MLS systems. One uses Flex, the other Matrix. I prefer Matrix, it seems more logical and easier to use to me. 

We use Matrix.  We changed from Tempo several years ago, I think it is a much better product.  Plenty of training video's available.

We have Matrix here in Charlotte. I have no complaints except that they did away with our area search away with Tempo!

My MLS is Matrix... I have no opinions about likes/dislikes as I have no choice in the matter.

I just switched over to Bright. They shut off my access to MRIS amd Matrix. Part of a big merger that has been in the works. Some of the changes are: we can leave a property " Temp Off" for as long as we want. And new statuses are " Active under Contract" and " Pending", and "Sold" is now " Closed"

BRIGHT.  They're still working out the kinks since the transition.

MLSPIN in MA. I have not had any experience with those you mention. MLSPIN is very proactive 

YES. Haha, yasss to all. When I first started we had FlexMLS. Innovia from 06 to 18. As of this summer we have Matrix. I like Matrix. Matrix has an attractive interface and is somewhat intuitive. It has a couple of stupid things, but it's an improvement over what we had before except in the areas where it's not. Clear as mud?

In NH we changed from Innovia to Paragon. It is like going back to 1982. It is horrible and a down grade in my opinion. We lost most of our search features such as we can not even search by type of house i.e colonial, cape or with mutis can not search for just a 2 family without all coming up

We just left FLEX  and joined BRIGHT MLS 

In CT we got a new provider when they consolidated MLS's. We now use Matrix. I like it. It is a better system than what we had & it was an easy transition; the layout is all very intuitive. 

Flex.  Realtors Assn of the Palm Beaches had this and we had no choice.  When they merged with Fort Lauderdale, we had the option to go with Matrix, but I'm all set up on Flex and it works for me.  

Paragon. Easy to use yet has more to it then I have ever bothered to learn.

I have been a big fan of Matrix for years, however, we recently switched over to Bright, which, while I hate the learning curve, offers more info and more bells and whistles.  I'm sure once I am familiar with it, I'll be a big fan.

I haven't heard any complaints from anyone in the office or the team.... ours is MLS-PIN...  I don't use it other than to check on changing status for listings....

It is mandated by NAR. Ours was changed by no choice at least 3-4 years ago. 

I asked many questions most had nothing to do with our local pratice. Ours MLSLISTINGs.com supposedly the oldest system in the US.

Terms are standardized. A realtor gets used one has no trouble using another system.  Also we have all associations within CA state merged. 

Bright Mls.

All I can say it that ours, BrightMLS, is anything but bright!  We're undergoing a nasty transition from MRIS to Bright.  Bright is not a terrible system, but the training was pathetic, and they are seeing huge wait times on their equally lame tech support - although the people they hired are great helpers.  Just way too few of them.

We have Flex. I am with Nina Hollander in my opinion.

No choice but to use Matrix, but no problems with it.

I have MLS Listings - Matrix. It works. I'm happy with it.

We use Paragon and have for a number of years. Just switched to CRMLS, which I believe is the largest MLSs in the country.

I currently belong to 3 MLS's all with different systems.  Matrix, Flex, and Innovia.  I personally prefer the Flex over the other two.  

     My Tallahassee Board uses Paragon.

     I had a secondary membership with Ocala Marion County Association in 2015; they use Flex MLS.  I like Flex.

We have Flex here in Santa Barbara.

We have had Matrix for quite a while, easy to use.

I like it. Now, before we all missed our MLX. 

Now it is much easier - can enter from each device - phone, tablet. No Windows is needed. 

Paragon is our MLS provider. We have access to MLS in nearby areas through cooperative agreements.

We also have access to Matrix, I believe. I do not look at Matrix for my needs.

Paragon works for me. No big complaint.

We use Matrix in both locations. I like the ability of customizing searches

We have Flex... No major problems, could use a little more support and training... but we are used to that in Alaska

Paragon seems to be used by most boards in our state.

I use both Matrix and Flex in two different boards.  Each has positives and negatives.

We have Flex MLS out here.  It has it's benefits but it also is a real PITA in some cases, like running radius searches.

The MLS in our area is a very large regional service.
