That's a shame that people are that inconsiderate. I warn my sellers that lights left on, doors left unlocked and footprints are a hazard of showings; "not all agents are as amazing as the agent you hired "

At previous listing a buyer wanted to walk inside an estate (5000 sf) I pointed at shoe covers at him.  He made a racist remark that only my kind of people insisted to take shoes off and would not remove his shoes. I pointed the front metal gate and asked him to exit. I was disappointed at seller who will not allow visitors going inside with Supra. Now I see why she insisted viewing only at open house with supervision.

I always remind showing agents to closes the blinds and turn lights off. 

And blinds are open, lights are on.

I see that happen too. Some folks just don't give a hoot and are disrespectful of others property. Does your MLS provide a Showing App where the agent schedules the appointment online? If so then a record will be available.

I am consistently finding agents who allow abuse/disrespect of vacant homes.  Last week one of mine was left with the front door wide open.  It makes us ALL look unprofessional.  The bar just HAS to be raised....!

It's too lazy not too busy Paul. They should know that they are on camera in nearly all of my listings. You get a "one bad" a warning then denied access to any showings. These are adults, act like it!

Buyer agents are getting lazy, not too busy. I find doors open, not just unlocked. I find keys on the counter not back in the box and lights on. It is easy to find who was last and i do call them on it

When no one is looking, why use the booties....

I have this one lisping where we had the carpets steam cleaned. We had the booties, and large notes on the front door, and at the entrance, with a huge box of booties, to please remove your shoes and wear booties....  Yet, someone managed to walk on the steam cleaned wet carpet with their running shoes on and leave the marks of their soles right into the carpet... it was like WTF?
