We have to fill in the sellers name now but  before we used to put "OOR" which means owner of record. Lenders don't like that now I guess.

I'm 50/50 on doing it. Our MLS autopopulates a lot of stuff so it's not that hard.  On foreclosures I never do as most of the time it won't be correct.

Most of the time, to save the other agent time, I fill in their information along with the buyer and sellers (or buyers) depending on which side I'm on.  I think it's just a common courtesy, however, I don't believe many agents do that around here.   Looks like we are related Tammy Lankford,

NC does not permit us to complete the notice line (where to send notice to the buyer or the seller) on the other side. However, I complete every other line. 

It drives me bat-___crazy when agents are lazy and leave that blank!

Yes, one of my biggest pet peeves is not the contract blank lines, but the addendums for HOA or Condos that requires specific dates, initials and information only the other agent has access to. Having to remind agents that the Addendums are just as important as the contract is frustrating to know so many agents accept substandard performance from themselves.

I always fill out the name of the LA and their broker, plus the seller's name if it's in the public record.

 

I've received one recently that said "Seller of record" for the seller's name.  Not sure that's legit and I would have clarified it on the counter offer, had we got that far.
