What works for me, might not work for you. I don't know how you define a large data base. I haven't lived without a CRM for 20 years and wouldn't know how to work a large or even smaller data base without one. You need to know how much you are willing to spend, how much time you are willing to commit to a learning curve, what you want to accomplish with a CRM. Goodle the term for real estate and lots of options will pop up to study and anlyze, including Infusionsoft, Top Producer, IXACT, etc.

Ask people you trust.

Ask for referrals on a program and ask to see it in action. So mnay choices, so many differences. One not right for all!

If only I knew why an experienced Realtor would fly under the flag of ANONYMOUS. That is a typical 'red flag' for avoiding accountability.

PS: a crm is not going to get you to the next level although CRM is a useful tool depending on one's business model.

I have used Top Producer for 18+ years.

Look into Insightly, Brivity or Realty Juggler.

So you have a large database, do not use a CRM, and your anonymous. Too many contradictions to be believable.
