Here is the response I received from a support ticket I sent:
Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. We're in the middle of transitioning to a new developer team and we currently have no definite time line on when the Google search console on the website will get fixed. Rest assured it is at the top of the list of must fix issues once the new developer is settled in.
In the meantime you can use Google Search on an incognito browser window and use Boolean search terms to conduct searches specifically on ActiveRain. You can type in the following on Google search "site:activerain.com" "keywords you're searching for"

I have not received that message. I have noticed that I have to click in the "answer" area a few times before my cursor shows up.
