Yes, I hadn't noticed until Hella M. Rothwell, Broker/Realtor® brought it up earlier this morning. It's not working for me on Safari or Chrome either.

Slow and very tini ~  something weird is going on.

Use Google to do your searches, much faster.

  I'm running at full speed.  But no search function.  And microscopic font.  

  I have full confidence in the Developers at ActiveRain... they will fix it.

My guess is the search function broke with the recent SSL update or something changed on Google's end and the AR staff either don't know about it or are unable to fix it.

Support has always been able to assist me. Have you tried them? Sounds like this problem may take a bit of time to resolve.

Unfortunately the ongoing joke for the last 18 to 24 months has been ActiveRain seems to be running on autopilot and on dial-up because it certainly doesn’t function like it used to three years ago when technology wasn’t where it was today... irony?

yes, that's a recent glitch.... previously you could search for a name...but not a post....
