None, I do the right thing, I'm ethical, and we have E&O insurance.  

I never worried about legal liability.  I kept up on current regulations, did the right thing and paid E&O insurance. 

As for industry concerns, I'd say fraud and scams.

We do the right thing, but wire fraud is all over the news and happening around the country. We have E & O which had a cyber security endorsement added to it this year, but this is really hard to control.

Follow the law and make sure proper disclosures are made and no worries!

   Government bureaucrats are a bigger threat than all the private party litigants combined.

No concerns if you know what you are doing and do things correctly.

Lack of disclosure. I would rather lose a sale or a client than live with knowledge that a client willfully hid a material fact from a buyer in order to achieve a closed sale. The buyer will find out and there will be a price to pay.

When we had our commercial real estate firm in West Los Angeles, we often had one of the best real estate attorneys in town talk to our staff on a regular basis..  The majority of our clients had their own attorneys from whom we learned.  All that is to say, that we all understood the legal liability that one may encounter.   A

At this point, none. Solely off of the fact that the local, state or national associations do not care what anyone does, AS LONG AS the dues payments keep coming in to the coffers.

I have no concerns.... if you follow the law, you can't go wrong...

Discrimination, then steering, then giving legal advice, then giving my opinion, then becoming an unpaid agent.  Not in any particular order.

Document everything, and know the real estate rules.   

I am not worried about how I conduct my bsuiness just about the crazies that are out there buying and selling houses.

Not. One. Single. Thing.  Knowing what to do and knowing the right thing to do and doing it ... no matter what = no concerns.

I have no worries.  I take the neccessary steps to reduce liability.

I am not concerned.

I approached the business with the understanding that "buyers are liars and sellers too."  While not true it gave me the push to cover my butt in all things and do it by the book!
