   Greatest tax reform since President Ronald Reagan.  Although, with respect, I have heard from friends in northeast and western U.S. supertax states like CT, MA, NY, CA, and WA that the tax reform will have negative effects on those states. 

      Some of those states are raising their state and local taxes, to "take back" the tax benefits that President Trump has given to Americans.

Although I try to stay informed, I also keep a positive mindset.  That's important for me.

I'm hearing no complaints here in NC or SC and I'm certainly not complaining about an over 12% reduction in my quarterlies. I hope to have saved enough in taxes by the end of the year to buy a new car. So, I'm personally loving it!

The shortage of inventory has had the greatest impact on me in 2018 so far. 

not much of it has any negative influence on our buyers and/or sellers.... our real estate taxes are very reasonable....interest rates are low and the prices are reasonable.... that $10k is ok...

Let's see we had the highest tax rates for business, I do see that there are more jobs returning to the US, but this is not my area of expertize. If only they could lower the cost of healthcare.

It took away some of my deductions but changed tax liability favorably on others. I believe I will be way ahead.

I'm not a real estate agent, but here in Westchester County, home owners are very upset (obviously).  Seems to really hard for sellers and values decreasing, especially in Northern Westchester.  From what I've heard from real estate agents, values have been decreasing here and time on market longer.

I think it's worse in the towns w/ higher taxes.

Here in the Houston area our property taxes are pretty high so people will not to recapture all of them any more! 

Many in conservative locations are enjoying the greatness more money brings.

It has had a very positive affect here in NH. I am seeing many consumers looking to relocate here from CT, NY and CA where high taxes are already hurting them and will hurt further. With no sales or income taxes, investors and consumers alike are moving here in droves.
