On occasion but, I prefer the floorplans by my measuring specialist and my photographer & videographer's work. 

I have received repeated comments about the Matterport not being as user-friendly to those who are not very tech savvy.

I've also had complaints that it makes them 'dizzy' too.

I did one last year for a unique property. It was a really cool remodeled and expanded home with elements from the 50's & design features of now.  It also featured a great view. I had one relo buyer that I know of very interested, who's wife was not here when he toured and they were grateful for the tour. I haven't done one since, but would for the right home.

We use it. Our photographer is extremely reasonable and with the package we also get a floor plan rendering as well as a YouTube video for those who prefer that to Matterport. Some people say they don't like it but I think it is really cool tech. -Kasey

I considered it.  I like the 3d but their stills are not as good as my regular photographers.  They sent me 4 examples of past clients they had shot for.  I noticed that all of them had been on the market an unusually long amount of time, and one had even expired.
