The RIGHT CHARLOTTE REALTOR!

At least each week but, certainly at the end of a day, after showings.

Agents are notorious for leaving homes unlocked here - it's mind-boggling how careless agents are with others' property.

The answers, as you might suspect, depends on the property. "As often as necessary" also seems appropriate.

Home again, home again...

I'm with Debe.  I like to check on them at the very least, once a week, but if they've had showings, I'll check at the end of the day to make sure doors are locked, windows are closed, toilets are flushed and lights are off.

Vacant properties should have their toilets flushed, maybe weekly or so, otherwise the seals might dry out and crack causing a leak.

I don't often have them and when I do a lot depends on the specific situation. Often when a listing is vacant, my sellers still live in the area and they check on their home regularly.

If the homeowners are local or have a family member I ask them to check due to liability. If they don't have anyone I will check as frequently as possible.
