Yes, as a matter of fact, I sold my first one this year!! It looked like the one in the second photo, "The Elmore." 

The dead giveaway was the 'seam' down the middle of the framing in the crawl space. Very solid house, according to the SE too!

Interesting. I read about those homes. In my market, anything pre 1960 is really really old to non-existant. Phoenix started to become a real city in the mid-seventies.

Third one down, have sold one of those three times over the years.. the same one. A big barn on a Dyer Brook farm came in on a train from Sears too and has a unique round not Gambrel roof line! Sears peddled everything! When the catalog was king before amazon.com.
