I think they are enough to start to annoy many Chris Flotten so I am really careful not to contact a lead more than once a day unless I am responding to their contacts (no limit on that end). I could not help but notice that you did not mention snail mail as MANY here in the Rain seem to use post cards and news letters.

Chris Flotten This is a great question. I was just recently part of a training and education seminar put on ZILLOW that focused on lead conversion. Numerous Zillow studies concluded that consumers read 85% of all text messages and are more than 50 times more likely to respond to a text message than a phone call or email.

I personally require that my team text every customer inquiry as soon as we receive the lead and have seen results similar to the Z studies. 

IMO texting a LEAD is much more important than emailing or even calling. In fact, emailing has become a waste of time with less than 5% of all leads responding to emails. While almost every lead responds to texts.

The right content can be if it's only a lead-it must benefit them, not talk about you. But no, it's not enough for my database, you have to get voice to voice and face to face occasionally. But, I don';t buy leads, so I'm not the best one to ask for leads.

... No and Yes.  If you have a compelling "call to action" then yes it will be enough to keep a leads attention.    if you do not have a compelling call to action then NO these mediums will not be enough.

Heck no. You need lots of media streams for them to tap when they have time. Videos make it help yourself for on demand open house tours on their tight schedule. Beefed up websites loaded with more sharper, wider images and great amounts of rich detail, maps, floor plans, plat maps all help make your brand the place to graze for properties listings, for local information, for help with financing and the real estate process explanation.

Let's face it, if the message is not relevant to the 'lead' what follows becomes stalking. As real estate agents we hire surrogates to stalk for us and respond with a smile.
