Too many topics for one webinar.. and I've found people lose interest after 15-20 minutes. Better to have more frequent but shorter offerings.

20 minutes for each - 3 separate weinars, John! You'll open up times for larger audiences as we can 'spare' 20 minutes better than 60 in one sitting.

I'd consider watching it yes, pending date and if you could break it down into shorter webinars and 3 instead of one...you need to break out those topics.

Each topic sounds interesting but there appears to be too much to cover/digest.

I think it should be simplified. There is lots of information and it could confuse a buyer. Maybe 2 webinars would be preferable.

That would probably be very interesting for many.  I could probably show them all of that without taking 40-60 minutes.  I agree with Nina Hollander , though, that that is too much for one seminar.  Perhaps a series of shorter webinars?  

It sounds interesting to me John Meussner but in all honesty webinars do not hold my attention well. I find I need to have them in the background while I'm doing something else.

  Overpaying in a bidding war... we don't have that problem in Tallahassee, so N/A.  Total loss of rent vs. own is an interesting topic.

Not really. My experience is that most people think very short term. Trying to convince a buyer that they are saving money by overpaying for a home sounds like an awfully hard sell.

nah, not bidding wars in my market and college kids are the most of the rentals here

Telling them that overpaying saves them money might, under the right light be true, but I've never met anyone who wants to overpay.  I might rephrase that section.  

I would not.  It is too long and too much information. Most of this goes over people's heads. 

I direct my clients to work one on one with my lending partner.

I need to do a seminar on how I totally overpay for rent, but come out ahead!

Might work as three separate podcasts.

Too much to cover in one webinar... attention span of many is less than 30 minutes..

I'd work on the verbiage a little bit more. Sounds like it would be interesting to accountants only.

Great topics but too long - break down into individual topical webinars.

Some of the topics are interesting.  I'm not sure that 40-60 is enough to do more than a surface level coverage on 3 topics.  Maybe 3 30 minute webinars (or longer if needed).

Not really, especially when renting can often be a money saver for many, regardless of what real estate agents like to preach.

Remember a webinar can't be too long but it can be too boring.  What is the #1 thing in my opinion that makes a webinar excruciatingly BORING....reading and responding to questions during the webinar.
