I would say most agents want more time with family.  The necessity to work in the evenings and weekends can be hard on family time.  For single agents this may not be such an issue but they still need to make time for themselves so they don't burn out.

I set my own schedule but I tend to be a bit of a workaholic so if I could set a mandatory-for-me few hours I'd spend it: at the beach, boating, at the gym, at sporting or concert events or out with friends having a few cocktails.
