There is some stat out there that says no one's agent really ever contacts their clients again after the sale. So .... to stand out, just contact them in any way possible. Are you expecting an answer so that you show as top dog? I don't believe that is necessary.

Answer the question for yourself - would you read it? Would you want it really?

I don't randomly reach out - if I do, I am either addressing a question that was posed to me, responding to an inquiry, or sending a note to celebrate a specific occasion.  I receive unsolicited emails  and phone calls every day and I can feel the tug on my wallet instantly.  I believe authenticity shines through.

Leads - call them within 4.1 nano-seconds or  make a offer that will suspend their decision making.

Past clients - this population trusts you and you have a relationship based on established value. You should be chatting with them every 30 to 45 days if not more frequently.

Sphere - to stand out, do not be like everyone else.  Avoid the real estate agent toxins of Success Theater, Vanity Metrics and Surrogate Endpoints.  By doing so your voice will elevate far above the cacophony from the real estate agent sea of smiley faces.

You seem to be putting leads, past clients and sphere all in the same bucket. They are very different things. Leads who register on my site don’t get the same attention as my past clients and sphere. My sphere regularly sees me at a variety of social and volunteer events. My past clients hear from me through emails, calls and hand-written cards. Leads through auto-response texts and email campaigns. I am in the process of upping my game by providing valuable content to these leads. I already have the content, I just need to direct them to the appropriate place to see how I’m different from the other agents in my area

I contact each one of these very differently, Leads CRM and follow up calls etc. Past clients and sphere while they receive regular emails and also touch base with them for personal how's it going calls
