I'm joining the choir Bryan Gardner in saying they are all equally important BUT one that I think new agents struggle with is when you have a Seller set a price and then they go on to say "but I'd drop down to $$$". A new agent needs to forget they heard those words and present the property at the sales price set and defend it... not cave like a marshmallow!

Once you start doing deals you'll see that fiduciary duties are often not overlooked by conscientious, honest Agents. What may be challenging in the beginning will be filling your pipeline. I'd be more concerned about that.

I do have two that really stick out in my heard each time this question is asked; 1) Disclosure, in the fact instructors should disclose to their students s/he will not be teaching them the basics of real estate, but pushing them off to a website. 2) Diligence, which you appear to be doing asking this question, but I think a primary source is better than individuals opinions.
