I think the local Association offers some classes.  Some of the franchise companies have their own classes.  Most of the independents don't.

Yes, but I take my own classes where I prefer instead.

They do but, I've been using one of the local schools for years and prefer one of the instructors there. So, my loyalty prevails over my purse in this instance! LOL

 Our Board offers a number of classes that are approved for CE credits.

 My preference is to take a 14 hour online course from Bert Rodgers Real Estate School every other year.

I am left to seek them out on my own. Our local real estate school and Association of Realtors offers a great selection of both online and classroom courses.

we do have someone come in for some credits not the entire requirement....

I take mine online several days before the due date....

Our brokerage has ongoing "educational opportunities " but I have only used outside sources for my CE credits. 

Yes and Yes. We are always trying to stay up on our education and empower each other.

I am always in pursuit of higher education ... not much to do with "continuing eduction" as we know it in the real estate industry.

My office does offer CE classes two or three times a year. Depending on the teacher they are free or $40. I typically head to the Board in the first half of the year because they run $15/class. 

We are a small boutique brokerage,  but my broker has always encouraged continuing ed classes. The local assn, ORRA , is extremely proactive in offering great classes, as well as quite a few afiliates and vendors are always having lunch and learns..
She also shares info/articles.....Woke up this AM to an email from my broker with an E and O article  on  the imporsance of disclosure ..
Personally I usually have an excess of 50+ continuing ed credists every year

I take them on my own, usually online when i am free and not tie up a work day

I've actually introduced several to my broker and a few they've adopted. I'm more a the leader in that dept.

well Paul I'm the broker and a licensed instructor and so yes, I do offer my agents classes at least 4 times a year.  They need 3 classes annually.  However I can't teach myself, so I have to take classes and I do someone on line and others I seek out classes.  I also have to have more hours than my agents due to my instructors license as well.

Yes, through our recommended Title Company. Our rep has taught several classes and I paid very little for my previous renewal thanks for all the free classes. 

Mine is always providing educational tidbits and trainings/coaching/mentoring/bad jokes.

For licensing CE, all we need to to in Cali is pass a couple open book tests, so I just do that.

We have almost 300 free education hours offered through our local Realtor Association so no need for the broker to provide them. An affiliate or broker only needs 16 hours every 2 years so that is 16 hours from 600 free hours offered over a 2 year period.

Our broker offers a variety of training programs. For CE credit towards license renewal, we go outside our brokerage.

Brokerage offers none but Board offers CE classes throughout the year which is great if the date and time fit your schedule. Otherwise, CEs are done online.

I take them when and where it is most convenient.
